1990 - 1996 Serigraph Prints and Paintings
My interest in world politics and foreign countries evolved into a preoccupation with war and the whole concept of war. Love of Conflict/ the Economics Lesson really came out of this Global Violence Series. I felt a need to come to grips with human nature and our history of violence. These paintings and prints examine this phenomenon of human evolution. And this investigation led me to examine gender difference and the ways humans create power over others.
